There are several manufacturers of the on-tap water filter.  Some of the more popular manufacturers are Brita, Pur, Culligan, Dupont, Waterpik, CrystaPure, Crystal Quest, Omni, and GE. Many of these brands can be found in your local hardware or big-box store; most all can be purchased online at a multitude of retailers, including ebay and amazon, as well as specialized water filtration stores.

When using an on-tap water filter, it's important to remember to switch the valve on your kitchen tap water filter to bypass the filter when using hot water. Hot water may damage some of the filters components
